Featured Diesel Pushers / Stock #490609

If you have been hunting for a diesel pusher that will actually sleep the whole family without giving up the master bedroom, this is the floor plan. The Endeavor 40G is Holiday Rambler's bunk-model coach: a king bed in the rear, a pair of mid-coach bunks with their own TVs, and a sofa and dinette up front that both convert, so six people can settle in without anyone sleeping on the floor. It rides on a Freightliner XCS chassis with the Cummins ISL9 at 380 horsepower and an Allison transmission, and it has 47,447 miles on it — roughly 5,000 a year, which is right where you want a 2017 to be.
The systems list is the part that separates this coach from the gas Class A's in the same price range. Aqua-Hot 400D hydronic heat means quiet, even warmth and continuous hot water on the road and at the campground. The Onan 8.0 kW quiet diesel generator runs all three roof air conditioners at once. There is a residential refrigerator, a convection microwave that was recently replaced, a dishwasher, a stacked washer and dryer that were also recently replaced, and reverse-osmosis drinking water at the kitchen sink. Tile floors run the length of the coach, the jacks are hydraulic, and the hitch is rated to tow 10,000 pounds, so your car or a small trailer comes along.
Here is the condition as the owner reports it, in plain language, because that is how I would want it told to me. Mechanically the coach is described as sound: it starts, runs, drives, and stops the way a 380-horse Cummins pusher should, and the owner has kept it in storage between trips rather than parked outside in the weather. The tires have roughly 20,000 miles on them, which on a coach at this mileage means they were replaced in the last several years and have plenty of life left before a buyer needs to budget for a set. The recent replacements — the washer and dryer and the convection microwave — are the kind of updates that tell you an owner was still spending money on the coach instead of letting it slide toward a sale. The items to know about are cosmetic. Some of the upholstery shows peeling on the vinyl surfaces, which is common on coaches of this era and is a reupholstery or slipcover decision rather than a mechanical one, and there is a scratch on an exterior panel on the passenger side. Neither affects how the coach travels or lives. As with every unit sold through Pop Sells, a buyer has a contractual right to an independent inspection before final acceptance, and I recommend you exercise it. I am an NRVIA Certified RV Inspector myself; I cannot inspect a coach I am brokering, but I can explain what the RV inspector will be checking and looking for on a 2017 Endeavor, and I will walk through the report with you when it comes back.
